MANIFESTO OF TABUKA MUELE DAVID FOR SUG DIRECTOR OF WELFARE Great students of UNIPORT, My name is Tabuka Muele David, a 300-level student of the Department of Human Physiology, Faculty of Basic Medical Sciences, and I am presenting myself as a candidate for the position of SUG Director of Welfare. Over time, I have had the privilege of serving students in different capacities, an experience that has strengthened my understanding of leadership, representation, and service. Through initiatives such as the SUG Weekly Information Bulletin, I have learned that effective leadership begins with listening to the people. As a student, I understand the challenges we face. That is why my vision is simple: to promote a welfare system that is accessible, responsive, and beneficial to every student. I am not standing before you with unrealistic promises. I am standing before you with a sincere commitment to serve, to listen, and to represent your interests. I believe that student welfare should never be overlooked because a better welfare system creates a better student experience. Today, I humbly ask for your trust, your support, and your mandate.
