Head of the Student Union Government. Leads the executive council, represents the entire student body before management, and is accountable for the union's overall direction.
Chief administrative officer of the union. Keeps records and minutes, handles official correspondence, and coordinates the day-to-day running of the secretariat.
Presiding officer of the Student Senate. Chairs legislative sittings, guides lawmaking, and oversees oversight of the executive arm.
Head of the student judiciary. Presides over the judicial council and interprets the union constitution in disputes.
Assists the Senate President and presides over legislative sittings in their absence.
Assists the Chief Judge and presides over the judicial council when the Chief Judge is unavailable.
Supports the Secretary General with records, correspondence, and secretariat administration.
Keeps the union's financial records, prepares budgets and expenditure reports, and works with the Treasurer on financial accountability.

Oversees student transportation, including shuttle services, routes, fares, and campus mobility.
Manages union communications, publicity, and information flow to the student body across media channels.
Plans and coordinates union social events, entertainment, and campus-wide student activities.
Represents and advocates for students with disabilities and special needs, and drives inclusion and accessibility on campus.
Coordinates sporting activities, competitions, and the union's representation in inter-faculty and inter-institution games.
Oversees student discipline and conduct, and enforces union rules and standards of behaviour.
