Manifesto

I am UZOAMAKA PRECIOUS AMARACHI and I am contesting for the office of Director of Finance. I am stepping forward because our union deserves a treasury that is open, accountable, and student centered. If elected, I will run the office on the foundation of my *3T AGENDA*: *1. TRANSPARENCY* No more "secret spending". I will ensure monthly and semester financial reports are published for Every student to know the in and out flow of money, and what the expenses was used for upon when observed and needed.. Because Students have a right to know. *2. TRACKING* I will keep proper records of every single transaction. From union dues to donations, from receipts issued to vouchers raised,everything will be documented and filed.Because with proper tracking we can prevent fraud, waste,and missing funds. Accountability starts with records. *3. TRUST* I will protect the treasury. No money will be released without due process that’s the Senate approval, proper voucher, and executive signatories.Students must trust that their money is safe with me. In summary, I am not coming to spend. I am coming to safeguard, record, and report. Give me your mandate, and together we will build a financial system where every kobo works for students.
